Wonder if anyone can read Hignetts mind on this.Lets see how close anyone can get.

Might has missed one or two? The retained may well be contract extensions or new offers made etc, not being too picky.

Muir signed for a fee and uprooted from the South, I can’t see him being on a one year deal. I hope he’s not either I think he’s shown enough earlier in the season to suggest he has a chance of making it, last year was his first as a pro and once he lost his place we had no reserve football to get to help get his confidence back so it’s maybe understandable that he ran out of steam a little.

I hope we havent got Williams inury free to then release him.

I cant decide what id do about Featherstone let alone what Hignett will do, he has always played him and always spoke highly of him and made out he integral to how he wants to play. Hignett giving impression he coming to terms with changing how we play slightly to get out of this league, will Featherstone be as vital?

ps iv no non league players iv been keeping an eye on or scouting etc.

Approximately 2,500 Poolies retained (and we really should know better by now). I'm gutted that this week I had to be pleased by the fact that Woking got promoted back to the National League (but I did win £468 on the 50:50 at the match!)
