Slipped under the radar a bit but he's gone out on loan to York

Half decent player for Gateshead last season, now joins the ranks of hundreds of players who come here and deteriorate

A bit odd that Kioso and Muir ‘liked’ the Tweet that announced he’d left the club the for season.

A defensive midfielder is an absolute must for this team now!

McLaughlin would of been brought in once under similar circumstances. Just need some fresh meat to ruin I suppose.

How many coaches does a club need?

Noticed that. Didn't know what to make of it.

Could just be happy for a team mate getting more regular football?

Hearing too many times that there's a dressing room divide/struggle. One name that seems to come up a lot is funnily enough the first player I'd get rid of based on performances.

Doesn't it just show how rotten our club is? Rotten to the core. And this behaviour from Kioso and Muir may just explain Money's treatment of them - and why Paddy always looked unhappy.

Id suggest Paddy always looked unhappy due to the brainiacs in our terraces shouting dogs abuse at him.

I think you need to gradually wean yourself off the 5 a day.

Jeremy Kyle has turned you into a shadow of your former self.

Seems strange to loan Paddy out when we are looking a bit short in midfield, Noble out several weeks, Woods gone to Harrogate. I have suspected for some time ours is not a happy camper? Beverage fan of Paddy, when we signed him I was underwhelmed as I thought he was no better than what we had. Is Hignett planning on using Newton who hasn't featured that much & had occasional flash of potential ability?

I will check the press in York might say why he has gone to York, first Davies wanted out , Woods, Paddy ? Something's not right ?

Just read the news of Paddy's signing in the York Press, he lives in Tockwith near York & chance to reunite with Steve Watson .

The same Steve Watson who released him last season presumably thinking he went good enough for Gateshead?

Still seems odd to let him go now when Nobles out ?

Good riddance I say - we can and do need to secure better, quicker and more creative players than McLughlin. Thanks for the unexpected winner against the Heed but bye bye and good luck son.

I was never impressed and just didn’t see what he brought to the team. He was fairly anonymous on the pitch and never actually stood out, in fact it was easy to forget he was on the pitch.
I’m not bothered by this exit.

Never really got going did he McLaughlin? was okay in a better team at Gateshead last season though, before the financial problems at the club sent them in freefall. I honestly think if we signed Messi, he would be getting loaned out to Blyth within 18 months. McLaughlin lives in York does he? wonder if he ever stepped foot in Hartlepool other than on a matchday? I wonder how many are in this situation? another thing that I don't think is right, and not good for engendering team spirit, camaraderie and help forge an identity.
