Despite recent slip ups defensively we are still better than last year and it is the one area Bates has a clue.

With the ball I haven’t seen a worse team all season and certainly not one with less ambition.

I get we are rebuilding/ ain’t got much money but all of the semi professional teams I’ve seen this season still try to get forward and create things.

I don’t expect to win every week and wouldn’t be devastated if we didn’t make the play offs, but PLEASE try to entertain and create the odd chance.

Just some players who progressively get better rather than worse during their career with us would be nice. Certainly won't have any bother with scouts running the rule over our players atm, they all look slower, devoid of idea's, weak, predictable, unbalanced.

Apart from those that don’t get a game like Woods and now Dinanga and posibly young Murphy to Wolves. Mind you that is according to the Sunday People, not renowned for the best source of inside info on all things Pools!
