Loach 1. He did get in the way of that one shot straight at him although it knocked him over. Some one needs to tell him its not handball until you get to outside of the big box not the little box.
Richardson 1.
Kioso 3. For having our two best chances. And another point for creating their best chance.
Anderson 1. That was a very nice pirouette he nearly performed - until he fell over.
Kitching 1.
Donaldson 1. For an excellent rant at the lino in the last minute about a very controversial throw in decision.
Noble 2. For a passionate haircut.
Featherstone 0. Did he play?
McLaughlin 2. Had a good ten minutes then sneaked off the pitch for the next hour unseen only to run back on to be substituted off.
James 1. God help him when it gets windy, he'll be stuck to the fencing unable to peel himself off.
O'Neill 1. Looked the part until the game started. Had a nearly nice dribble on the left wing once.

Dinanga 1.
Muir 1.

It is very soon after the game and its all still a bit annoying. I reserve the right to double some of those scores when the embarrassment wears off.

I thought Richardson did quite well down the right.

Richardson did well, had little support when attacking.
Considering the size of the pitch and a lack of obvious hiding places so many players went missing today..

I would absolutely love to come on here praising our side for a great performance but instead it's the usual shite to complain about, can't create anything, keep making costly errors, slow build up play, keeper never comes off his line, ball always ends up going backwards etc etc.
There are serious problems in this club ,no matter who the manager is or what players are on the pitch they succumb to the curse of pools. Generally our performances are just on a loop and have been for years, it's just the same story time and time again, what can be done about it?!. I've read and heard other managers saying we have some great players yet they never perform for us then move on to clubs higher up the leagues and do well, why!?. I'm sure a lot of clubs at our level would be envious of us having players like loach, noble,Donaldson, Magnay, Davies, Featherstone etc but we never see the best of players here. We never seem to be able to mould a team from what we have.

Today wasn't a surprise at all,it's just what we have become accustomed to now, another home game where the opposing keeper has nothing to do and we play into the opposition's hands. This has been a trend for pretty much ten years now and shows no signs of stopping just now,we haven't played well this season at all and our luck has well and truly run out.

The main problem is clear to see in this side and it's in midfield, it's all very well getting strikers in but if they get no service from our slow negative midfield then they aren't going to score. We need something different in there ,even in our squad I'd say Newton would deserve a go ,at least he has good energy and gets around the pitch, he's certainly no worse than Featherstone and McLaughlin. The other problem is definitely down the left, we have no winger out there so nothing gets created down that side most games.

Will anything ever change??
