Surely only a matter of time before theirs a high profile death in this shite, do people seriously call it enterainment? The blokes involved are no more than thugs without an ounce of class between them.

I’m surprised in this day and age it’s allowed and that’s it become so big. But incidents like this morning have to throw it into question. Even before the scenes at the end of the fight I’d seen footage of the crowd scrapping. Surely modern society has evolved beyond this?

I get boxing and appreciate the skill and bravery. I don’t get this though. Just horrible to watch and serves no useful purpose.

You'd get a lot more punches to the head in a Boxing match.

And what about PJ hitting a six to there boundaries when he played cricket.Nothing about crowd safety there..

Yeah cricket should be banned as there are more head shots than UFC each game.

It’s like human cock fighting, pure blood sport, the competitors can’t have any love for it its purely about money the way the behave before the bouts is nothing short of a disgrace. Take that Mcgregor, he’s borderline unhinged.

It’s like something that should have been taking place in medieval times. Is watching someone getting beaten senseless entertainment? I wouldn’t call myself a boxing fan but it least it appears to have some etiquette and a level of respect.

Don’t get me wrong I’m not a fan of Boxing but on just about every level this UFC stuff is vile. In what sort of ‘sport’ can you repeatedly punch someone’s head when they are on the floor?

I just don’t get it? Where is the entertainment? The end of the ‘fight’ yesterday morning looked like two semi naked men dry humping. I’m aware of its popularity but it all seems a bit backward to me.

Enjoyed the full card - some great fights on the undercard. Mcgregor fight was a let down but at least he got beat - made up slightly for how boring to watch the Russians style is.
