Thanks for the link I listened and commentary was ok first half when the two blokes were admitting that we were technically streets ahead of them the second half the coverage was laughable one of them said after we went 1-0 up that ‘Hartlepool don’t deserve to win today’ hang on ten minutes ago you were saying we were by far the better team!!!

We’ll take the three points and move on. 12 away games under Bates as manager with one loss which was his first game in charge at Aldershot. Also four away wins on the bounce it must be a while since we did that.

Not sure where in the world folks are listening from but the BBC Tees commentary is available through the BBC Live part of the Sport website or app. I sometimes have it on when overseas. I agree on the Ivor Nash comment, he was really annoying me by the end of the match. Glad we won again and will be listening on Tuesday.

You can only listen to Tees on the radio app abroad when the Boro aren’t playing (you get neither as it’s blocked due to the FL’s broadcasting rights) so an alternative will need to be found for Tuesday as they are away at Preston.

By the why do people call Ivan Ash ‘Ivor Nash’ amongst other things!!? It’s not that hard to hear what someone is actually called!?

I do it in the hope that it annoys the rarf if he ever reads this board. I know what his real name is but, if he continues to take the piss out of Pools and his listeners by not even pretending to give a fuck, I'll continue to try to annoy him in any small way I can.

It always says that.

Pools will be on DAB, Boro are on Tees. I can only listen to Tees through the App here and the app broadcasts what’s on 95FM which will be Preston v Boro which isn’t broadcast online so you just get a loop of message saying due to broadcasting rights in your location this programme is unavailable. Which to be fair is better than listening to Neil Maddison’s voice doing to Boro match.
