No expert on this by any means but my guess is that the owner will be registering the company somewhere different to the previous ones ie. It’s accountants and where it moves it’s money to and from. Pretty regulation I’d imagine I don’t think it means Pools will disappear in the next five days :laugh:

Agree with PJ registering the new company for dare I say it to publish the accounts and show just how much in the shit the previous bandits left us. With the new company the directors an accountant,and a solicitor as well as our chairman have too much reputation wise to loose by doing anything underhand,

It's an automatic notice off strike off, it will likely be because the accounts are overdue. Once they are filed it will be withdrawn. This is relatively common.
