I don't know about anyone else, but I'm getting a bit sick of the heat now. I love the sunshine, but I can't stand being clammy every day for weeks.

What I could do with is a phrase to describe that incredibly short space of time after showering in which my knackers, jacksie crack and armpits aren't running with rivulets of sweat. Generally between 30 seconds and a minute.

Expatriate? Clearly you're not suited to living anywhere south of the Tees, move back to the North-East coast and those solid grey clouds coming in off the North Sea will keep you cool more often than not.

Buy those little cans of Insette Cool it, instant cooling and a nice relief on the pods.

The word you are looking for is snatchback.
