Our lass makes things she calls pancakes, but they are really sweet and stodgy. They cook really quickly, only need flipping once. Ellish with honey.

Fries them better than olive oil!

Olive oil for pancakes? You must be deranged, that would taste worse than your oily piss. And just to show I care Mr Bluestreak - see the doctor about having piss that can be used for frying things. That's only normal for the broken down substance abuser formerly known as Sussex.

I would normally us butter but piss is cheaper.........and my doctor agreed.

Is that why i got a funny look when i asked the stallholder at the Bishop Auckland food fastival if i could "have a crap with syrup on it"

They do look a bit thin but I'm sure he meant pancake.

When making your batter, separate the white from the yolk. Mix the yolks with the other ingredients and whip the white, then fold the white into your mixture. Your pancakes will come out nice, light and fluffy.
