Our lass makes things she calls pancakes, but they are really sweet and stodgy. They cook really quickly, only need flipping once. Ellish with honey.

When making your batter, separate the white from the yolk. Mix the yolks with the other ingredients and whip the white, then fold the white into your mixture. Your pancakes will come out nice, light and fluffy.

Tried this at a Pancake House in York early this year.

Full Dutch.
Bacon, ham, chicken, salami, mushrooms, sweetcorn, sweet peppers, onions, tomatoes and Edam cheese
