...taken 5 points out of the last 39 available, a defence that's as solid as a Blancmange, and a back four yesterday who've all been on the books of Premiership Clubs in the past.
Just who is our defensive coach?, is it Jenkins?, Bate's?, Harrison? what the hell are they being coached in?.

They need to learn how to 'spoil' when the opposition are trying to get back into the game, that is employing tactics such as holding players shirts as they try to jump, standing on their feet, barging them off balance, picking up an opponent (that's them with a different strip on) etc. but no they haven't a clue.........stand off the oppo', give them plenty of room, wander around aimlessly with no one to mark, get brushed aside like a 10 yr old.
We're so easy to breach it's painful to watch. Why is it every other team you watch us play are better at this than us. Mind you it's nothing that hasn't been mentioned on here many, many times before.......it's just sooooo' frustrating.

Harrison keeps saying 'we need to improve defensively' but we aren't we're getting worse. Do something like asking Micky Barron/Ronnie Moore in to work solely with the defence, surely someone can teach this lot the basic's. banghead

Seriously, the results and performances are completely irrelevant. We will enter liquidation soon so they'll be wiped off win, lose or draw.

Employ two more people?

Yeah that seems likely.

Some people can’t seem to grasp the reality of this situation and how utterly secondary the Football has actually become.

Who said employ, they'd probably do it for free.

The team has been ineffective long before this current situation came to light. My problem is why should the team make the situation any worse than it already is. They obviously don't give a flying fupp.

Micky Barron has a job as far as I’m aware.

I think the likes of Scott Harrison are beyond a couple of training sessions to be honest.

It's unbelievable how rapidly players go backwards once they get involved with us.

At the end of the day had we won 8-0 yesterday the club would still be fucked, yeah a lot of the players are shit with no fight but like the manager they are on an absolute hiding to nothing.

Anyway F--k em, I've watched my last game with them this season, they do nothing but frustrate the hell out of me now. I didn't even check the result yesterday till about 2 hours after the game, that's where I am with them now. Totally dissilusioned.

What will liquidation mean for the club on and off the pitch?

So let me get this straight the club we care so much about ,we no longer care about is that it? I think most poeple grasp the seriousness of the situation but saturdays are still about football and people going to watch their team (albeit the clock is ticking) and have still the right to critsize said team however futile it may appear.

I only said it’s secondary to what is happening off the field, which is true.

Just because they have been on premier league teams books means nothing. They play in the sanitised non contact version of the sport. We have had players come from academies that look like rabbits in the headlights as soon as they see a brick shithouse coming towards them. We have had more flops from them levels than we have successes.

Bloke at the Wrexham game was telling me that Beardsley said at his recent talk in the town that he had stopped sending Newcastle youth players to Pools because the last few hadn't been playing regularly, and this fella said to him 'it's because they were utter shite Peter'.

There are some that are up to it but theres plenty that aren't and its usually the ones that aren't who are sent on loan.

We've had a few decent ones from Boro in fairness - Burgess, Jackson, Dolan. The boy Gray from Palace was decent too. Newcastle sent utter dross though - Adam Campbell, who makes Jack Munns look like Duncan Ferguson, being the worst.
