What can be said that hasn't been said before ????
Solihull winning 3-1, which takes them four points behind us.

The players obviously know they won't get paid next month....(barring a miracle) still wankers though. Once we 'go behind' Pools hardly ever score NEXT !!
Solihull Moors are one a great run....soon be above us in the table.

Wouldn't mind seeing a few comments from people who were actually at the game now that the armchair critics have had their fun.

4-3 away doesn't sound particularly 'gutless' to me and what about the handball in the box? Wuz we robbed?

The fact we were winning and lost again tells me that. Don't need to have seen the game to know we are gutless, I've seen it all season.

23 points lost from winning positions, goals leaked from set pieces over and over again, players putting in half shifts, only ginger players scoring... says everything.

Scott Harrison started so if you take away Eastleighs four goal start that was a fine 3-0 away victory.

Had we won 8-0 our predicament would be no less bleak.

Sorry, 4-3 says it all. You get no points for performance, that's an irrelevance.

Says it all really two yellows and a red after the game ended but couldn't even score into an empty net.

Yet again we concede goals late in the game when our so called full time professionals should be fitter and outlast the opposition!

Just got back from a rain soaked Eastleigh ground they had those roller type sponge things they normally have at cricket grounds on before the game kicked off so you can imagine how wet the pitch was buy hey ho same for both sides
In my humble opinion it wasn't a bad game and they'll be better wordsmiths than I to give a comprehensive report but the movement across the ground was good and we probably went in at half time more than one goal ahead never mind pegged back to a stalemate the problem we had today is we couldn't deal with the big men at either end of the pitch their big number 11 who played centr forward battered us and got a good goal tally as well we simply could not get to grips with home likewise their big centre half mopped up most that was thrown at him in the food and drink to a big man why we didn't do more on the ground were he may have been a bit suspect all in all 4-4 draw would have been a fair result regarding the handball/sending off again in my opinion both correct yes magnay got a slight push in the back but the ref ignored them for both sides all afternoon but he clearly handled the ball and on a yellow don't know how much intent was there but I'm afraid both th Lino and ref in my opinion was correct. There it is I'm here to be shot down but football is all about opinions and for what it's worth that's mine.

Surprised we scored 3 goals away from home
To be honest and we coudnt even score one at home against Wrexham to a big crowd to give us something to cheer about for once.

250 Pools fans for a 600 mile+ round trip when we are in this predicament off the field, haven’t won since November and are in the worst League position we have ever been in is some effort by the way.

Magnay has been a major disappointment this season, he should have been leading by example but his form has been absolutely dire. He needs to take a long, hard look at himself when the day of reckoning arrives and ask the question 'Did I do enough?' Sadly the answer is 'No'.

I have no problems comprehending that it was another defeat, nor that a Pools defence with Laing and Harrison at its heart conceded some bad goals that cost us the game.
Listening to the first half radio commentary it seemed pretty clear that both defences were rubbish and I had very little hope that ours wouldn't out-rubbish theirs in the end.

Is there a Pools fan who doesn't know that we have a lot of bad defenders who make too many individual mistakes? However, it's a massive jump from that to dismissing the entire team as 'gutless.'

I don't see any evidence that the squad as a whole has given up, though I've got my doubts about one or two - what an unlucky player with small, niggling injuries that Michael Ledger is!

But it’s why I feel some sympathy for the guy to be honest. He’s on an absolute hiding to nothing the likes of Duxbury can slip off back under the rock she came from he has to come out and face the press day in day out, what do people want him to say? What can he say? Also how many of you with bills to pay and a family to support would quit your job?

I find it baffling that I see more anger towards him than the charlatans that have put the club in this utterly desperate situation. Yeah under normal circumstances he’d have been relieved of his duties but as for ridiculing the blokes appearance, calling him names and saying stuff like ‘he is killing the club’ is ridiculous and totally unfair. I have even read stuff about protests against him!? Not protests asking where the money has gone, not protests about this fucking Watson character who employed him and signed the players though stpid The manager will always be the fall guy for some even in a position as dire as this when the reality is even if he was doing a good job the clubs financial position and prospects would be no better.

4-3 can be deceptive scoreline. Have seen it loads of times , were one team has dominated yet losing side pull a couple back to make it look like a close game. I'm not saying this was case yesterday, to be honest I don't fookin care anymore, but anyone who thinks that is a sign we are fighting back wants their heed looking at. Eastleigh have conceded more than us ( I know its hard to believe ) so there was always a chance of goals in yesterdays game.
