Soz if this doesn’t sound negative enough from me, but that doesn’t read as game over yet to me.

He knows he would get a much better investment option buying from an Administrator than buying from these clowns. At least wouldn't be bound by all the contracts the club is lumbered with and all manner of debt coming out of the woodwork.
Does anyone now think this is worth perserveing with. Just kill it and start from scratch, clear out all the dead wood and leeches and rebuild. Even if it means dropping a league or two at least we would have our club back from the crooks conmen and incompetents. With Musgraves money would probably only take 2 seasons to get back to where we are now.

Why isn't he able to identify how much he would need to invest? Surely with an accountant as Chairwoman, even if the sums were ridiculous surely the accounts would show what was needed going forward.

Where has that statement come from? It looks like two documents stuck together.

It reads as if the currently owners are maybe hiding certain things. Maybe it's just a negotiating tactic?

I would take it as he doesn’t trust what he is being told, going into administration may be the only way of getting someone competent to come in and put together some proper accounts, which would give him the information he needs.

Putting these accounts together and getting the club in a position to be able to answer these questions has been Pam’s job for the last 10 months hasn’t it?

I'm assuming it's a two page document that has been scanned and put together badly. Looks doctored because of it mind.

If Pam is not even giving full disclosure of the accounts to serious investors it would suggest they've got something major to hide.

If that's the case, you'll never sell the club.

We're on the verge of going down again at the moment anyway - demoralised squad and piss poor management. Might as well chalk it all off and start again with Chrissy Musgrave's backing

It sounds like Sage need to come clean PDQ and reveal EVERYTHING no matter how shameful and embarrassing this may be to the current and previous incumbents. At the end of the day there is a hell of a lot of money at stake here from the owners point of view and the club’s future at stake from ours. Another reason for non-disclosure may of course be any potential wrongdoing being laid bare for all, including the law, to see. If this is indeed the case the truth will out eventually so what is to be gained from sweeping everything under the proverbial carpet?

Like I imagine others, I hardly slept last night thinking and worrying about our club.

Just feel more and more angry.

Are they that amateurish that they think sellinga football club is like selling a second hand micra? Not disclosing all the debts/finances ffs!!!!

Or is it that they really don’t know?

Or that they just don’t want people to know?

Is it on the advice of insolvency Jeff?

Or a combination of all?

Whatever the reason surely they must realise that they can’t sell the club this way and it’s hardly gonna enhance their own reputation either.
