Confirmation: it was read only while I was doing maintenance. Now the main board is only readable by members and I've deleted a lot of obsolete accounts. I've given the keys to a new administrator who will probably need a couple of assistants. I'll leave that to them to deal with.

All the back office stuff is done so I guess that's it for me. It's been roughly 15 years so perhaps long enough. In that time we've achieved some things and one of two of them I can take sole credit for, the others have been team efforts.

There has been other stuff along the way but its over, forgotten and in the main part, unappreciated. For the friends I've made along the way, I'll keep in touch but otherwise I'll disappear. I have already deleted myself off all Hartlepool orientated social media and now I've resigned from the Supporters Trust I may not even visit the town again. I have no family there any more so this is the last part.

Don’t know you personally and don’t agree with everything you say, but some of the comments I read elsewhere seem bang out of order and I hope that’s not a key reason.

To my knowledge I don't think we've ever met Mr I, but can't help but echo the sentiments above.

It's clear to everyone worth listening to that your hard work and graft have been of great benefit to the club and not many fans across the country can say that.

Having been involved in a lot of those projects, I'd like to add my thanks (although I know I WILL be keeping in touch) and fully understand your reasons.
