I think if the new owners are going down the consortium route, it seems obvious to me that the Trust are a part of that.

That is the perfect scenario in my eyes. How likely that is another matter.

Of course it is and from what I can gather it's all the trust ever wanted or aimed for. Some of the anti trust comments elsewhere today are so far off the mark it's ridiculous

I’ve not seen anything negative today, or recently to be fair. I think even the most negative haters are starting to come around

Good to hear that commonsense is beginning to prevail at last - lets hope that any new owners are GENUINELY interested in investing in the club in order to initially regain EFL place and unlock the potential that undoubtedly still exists despite the recent miserable years of decline. The first step towards this goal must surely represent the installation of their chosen management team and coaching staff - the removal of the current incumbents is absolutely essential in order to get thousands of pissed off and doubting fans onside from the off.

Jeff Stelling seems to have been very quiet since the sale of the club was announced. Bearing in mind his love of Pools and the obvious connections he has, has there been any inkling that he may be part of a consortium looking to take over and include the Trust as part of that plan?

Totally agree with HUST statement. This group of very good people have the survival and prosperity of HUFC at heart. The word prosperity looks rather distant after today.........

Despite the huge amount of shit we're in I can't help but feel positive about the future when I read statements like that, even if we have a very rocky road to get where we want to be.
