Can't imagine them filling the rink end like considering there was only a 1000 odd off there fans at our last match correct me if wrong?

75 nasty looking Gateshead just been kicked out of Lloyds bar, after singing songs about Pools going bust, Hartlepool been in Teesside and having a sh*t shopping centre and railway station and a Hospital with no A&E ( obviously done their homework).

Turned away from the Jacksons where the landlord was thinking on his feet , telling them they would get a much cheaper pint around the corner at the Princess Helena, and off they went.

Gateshead's 352 was a decent enough turnout for a club that only gets about 1000 to home matches.

Have you ever been to Gateshead? It's got the ugliest town centre in the North East (which is saying something) and the acres of terraces between the town centre and Saltwell Park are like Thornaby in the 1960s. A complete dump - and a joke of a 'football stadium.'

Fair play to their fans for having the brass neck to slag somewhere else off.

Saltwell park is really nice, you have to pass that orrible little town centre to get out as its one way.

Massive jewish community nearby, always in that park, little hats n twirly sideys.

And the Metro Centre has nowt on the Middleton Grange. Spent hours in there one day looking for a charity shop and a Greggs, gave up in the end.
