Wonder if they'll draw it at 3am so the orientals can watch it after corrie like they did with the lesser known Carabao cup.

Just giving myself plenty of time to think about it over the weekend before revealing my guess. Can't rush these things.

Darlo are playing Harrogate tonight.
Away at Harrogate would be great......we could all go to Bettys for tea and scones then visit the RHS Garden then the match for the second half.

I want a home draw. That weekend is the only one I can come up, so it's bound to be something like Chelmsford.

I could do with it being a home draw like, at a Christmas do on the night.

I have. Think I've found my forte in life, predicting draws, got S Shields correct as well.

Always wanted to visit the town of Glossop , being an ex league club and all that. Got a soft spot for Workington, and always to watch us there. Would prefer Glossop as getting to deepest Cumbria from the NE is ridiculous on the train, cant get there and back on the same day. Getting to Glossop will be no picnic either , but easier of the two.

Depressing journey to Workington. One road in and the same road out, like Boston. Lashed it down the night we were there.
Had to do some work there a few weeks earlier. More than enough time spent there than I really needed!!
Their fans like to have a pop at the opposition fans too, in more ways than one.

Workington can be done on the train.

Outward Journey

08:02 Hartlepool to Newcastle
09:24 Newcastle to Carlisle
10:54 Carlisle to Workington

Journey time 3 hours 40 minutes

Return journey :

17:14 Workington to Carlisle
18:41 Carlisle to Newcastle
20:33 Newcastle to Hartlepool

Just over 4 hours coming back

Not that I would want to spend that sort of time on them shitty trains like.

Cheapest option is a Hadrians Wall Day Ranger ticket for £21 which will cover you from Sunderland to Workington. Obviously you have the cost of the return to Sunderland on top of that.

Nice one !

I suppose there is the option of staying in Carlisle a bit longer , and getting a later train. 3 hours in Workington before the game will seem like a week. Reckon Glossop will win replay anyway.

0710 Hartlepool - York
0840 York - Manchester Piccadilly
1018 Man Picc - Glossop - Arrive Glossop 1047am

1807 Glossop - Manchester Piccadilly
1857 Man Picc - York
2101 York - Hartlepool

My guess is that it will be drawn on Monday 27th November 2017 and we'll get a team from either Cumbria or Derbyshire.

I would imagine Glossop very similar to Accrington, bit run down, stuck in a time warp with a lot of back street corner end pubs.

true but bloody warmer. derbyshire is the place where they give HOT drinks to county cricketers and that is true.
