Surely this is no surprise to anyone? It's a con, nothing more and it brings no shame these days.

Every penny he possesses is in the name of Samantha Mullally, his other half. That is protected by it not being legally connected to Coxall. All he's done here is put a restraining order on anyone wanting to send him a bill. He'll be clear in another 12 months.

Think the law is that undischarged bankrupts are banned from directorships but once he's discharged that's OK. Getting discharged is just a question of time so it's an easy way for the unscrupulous to get rid of debt nowadays. Still a horrible last resort for honest people who end up having problems but I'm not sure Gary would fit in that category.

No it wasn't his choice. He has been served a petition by a creditor which can only be to initiate an investigation. The case is now with a district judge who can extend the investigation if he feels that funds or assets have been transferred to another party in order to avoid those assets being frozen and included in the settlement.

The petitioner is Eximus Consultants but I strongly suspect its been initiated by someone a lot closer to home..
