I'm not saying nowt until the final marks have to be made by Dad. (Due to the amount [of bread], me and dad had a couple of helpers).

In the mean time all I will say is thanks Mr Butt. Read into that what you will.

As a teaser, the Herb bread, when spread with Lurpak, had an above average taste to texture ratio  . My mind has been lost to the teaser beginning of the post, as I'm now thinking Malteaser bread, for desert? Yum yum!

You will have to wait for Dads, mine et al for the time being.

Finished off my wholewheat and pesto this morning 10/10
2 Blackbirds are on my patio just finishing the crumbs that were left in the bag. Both raised their wings so thats a 10/10 from them.
Will be ordering whole-wheat garlic with herb for collection Thursday evening no doubt with Mr Blue. :banana-linedance:

Bread with Cajun spices at a guess?

the Cajun needed more spice and the sundried needs extra tomato, practice makes etc, anywho just baked a sourdough and had bacon in it for lunch, there aren`t many occasions when i`m stuck for words but fuck me it was outstanding.

No, just no, JUST NO!!!!!! Bagels have a hole in the middle, ergo less value. Bread is BREAD and this is a BREAD thread! FACT

Bagels my arse. Mr Butt you may well go down in my esteem if you experiment. Mr Butt carry on baking good quality tasty bread, (notice I'm crawling so as I can get some more at some point?).

I imagine he will give you fuck all since you took 12 days to review his bread and it was like 2 words.

Tasted nice! Continue baking!

Mr tREE there was logistical problems, and twould appear Dads reviews are more appreciated and respected than mine! As would be happy to partake in Mr Butts bread again then surely that is a sign of appreciation? However don't do Bagels full stop!

I like bagels. The New York Bakery Co. Bagels Red Onion & Chive is a personal favourite.
