Double relegation, dumped out of the FA Cup by South Shields and now they have appointed Martin Gray as manager.

I'd be jumping off the Minster if I was a York fan!!!

They didn't waste much time in replacing Gary Mills.

Since Gray asked for more funding and new investment all has not looked well at Darlo

I'd get in to Darlo quickly , they got some useful ex League players that could improve our squad namely Josh Gillies, David Ferguson and David Dyers - Martin Gray will probably take Darlo's best players with him to York.

I'd be more nervous as a Darlo fan than a York one should be s right needle match when they both meet.

I remember Beck when he was at Carlisle he's an absolute cart horse with an abysmal goal scoring record.

It would be a truly sad state of affairs if Darlo did have players that could get in our first team.

Surely we should be looking to raid other clubs higher in the pyramid such as Blyth, Spennymoor or Harrogate ?

That joke might have worked about 5 years ago, Chip.

Sure we had Gillies on trial before. Maybe it was Scunthorpe reserves though.

Players in the mid twenties who are in these leagues with previous experience of league football aren't the next Chris Waddle. They are there because there not good enough. Shall we get foley, turnbull, Bartlett back? We should be trying to get rid of our players on darlo and York. The likes of Harrison and Donnelly it might give them a jab in the arm regards there career.
