Plastic Bertrand, the recording artist who achieved the magnificent feat of singing a whole song on just a single note.

Now loads of people do it. It's called rap.

Anyone know why they dropped the "c" off the front?

Antennas to Heaven - they're from Newcastle. Sound a little like Mogwai and must be influenced by God Speed You Black Emporer, hence their name (as in Raise your skinny fists like antennas to heaven). But I guess you already knew that.

I wouldn't have pulled a face cos I like them I do, their album is on my list of wants for my birthday and Xmas ( I know it is sad but some people like to be prepared) , maybe it was the horse who pulled a face

CKY they're skater/surfer dude types I think.no not a fan, you're right about being old went to see the subways last night and the average age of the crowd must have been 15,scary.
anyway the subways were as good as ever, real good rock band.too much crowd surfing for my liking but I am getting old! good support band called the dodgems as well.from sheffield I think very arctic monkeys style but better musicians

Currently listening to this perfect soundtrack. Anybody else familiar with the film and its perfect intro theme (and great tunes by Genya Ravan and Arnold McCuller)?

When we got to the airport in Nimes, the bewer on the car hire desk said 'will a convertible be OK??'

Having snatched her hand off it was but a small step to Virgin Megastore, Montpellier to purchase a copy of the Beach Boys Greatest Hits. We hammered it all week and then had a row about who owned it....
