But we were holding our heads so it shouldn't count.

The sense of relief at winning is almost overwhelming. Please, please let this be the start of something better, like mid table safety...

Still not convinced Harrison is up to the job. The win is a relief but another poor performance against another poor team.

It does take a small amount of pressure off both the team and manager. It's fair to say it's not a quick fix and the season ahead already looks like being a long one.

I took Woody who is a Leeds fan but is a member of this board and used to watch Pools every time Leeds were away during the Danny Wilson era. He hasn't been for a few years, he was shocked at how lethargic and uncreative we have become. He also noticed how we were struggling to win our physical battles and dropping to the floor.

I also took my cousin, who hasn't seen us for years. Both thought Loach was outstanding, composed, commanded his area well and made two excellent saves. Both also saw a lot of potential in Rodney. I thought Watson was good.

Both remarked it was the worst game they've ever seen and don't know how I can keep watching this.

We've now walked to the other end of Leeds discussing the game and I'm ready to die of exhaustion and boredom.

Woody was there when we beat Accrington after a bad spell, we were poor for most of that game (apart from the last 25 mins) - hopefully, this is the start of a comeback.

I unfortunately missed the last two games, or fortunately if you will, weather in Wales is lovely, missing you all, off swimming now and ice cream in Criccieth later

Do you think we're daft? They don't have internet in Wales.

Accrington was a good team that made a bad start ( it happens ) but this is a poor team that has made a bad start.

one win can make a lot of difference or just a flash in the pan. next game is very important.

Do Accrington Stanley hold the record for the most goals scored between the 90th and 100th minute of a game?

Don't know about the club that refused to die, but they certainly have a Never Say Die attitude in games.
