Left Barrow after five games. This follows Torquay sacking their manager after four. Rumours was that Cox was first choice at Pools but we wouldn't pay a fee for his release.

Cox has been at Torquay before so may end up there.

If we lose these next two games he could end up here, if pam starts to lose faith in Harrison.

Maybe that was the plan all along to avoid paying compensation to Barra.

Barrow's one defeat from five games is hardly sacking territory so he must have something in the pipeline.

He does know the National League so we could do with him.

Knowing a league isn't always a good thing, has he been promoted from it? Got a feeling he did with Mansfield but then he seems to have spent more time back in this league.

He pissed it with Mansfield when they went on an unbelievable run but his teams are absolutely awful to watch. Mansfield were like a rugby team with that odious blimp Rhead up front.

He's a Conference manager, I can see why Pools wanted to approach him but at the same time I'm quite glad he didn't end up here. He got binned in the League as his 'style' didn't work, it will be interesting to see if Lincoln pick up after a poor start because that brand of football clearly hasn't been fruitful in League Two yet either.

I don't really give a shit what brand of "football" we play, I just want us to get back into the football league asap. I just cannot see us doing it with the current management and players that we have at present.

I agree and that's why I'd put up with a Cox type manager to get us out of this, but not every team gets out of this League playing football like that and at the end of the day Craig Harrison is our manager and we have to give the bloke the time and the opportunity to succeed.

Cox is exactly the type who I said we should go for in May, him, John Still or Gary Mills. I'd much rather do well under someone like our current manager who could potentially be better than a short term fix though.

We should just sign matt Rhead, seems to have the nack of getting teams out this league! Not had a battering ram forward since Richie Barker.

Matt Rhead isn't fit to lace Richard Barkers boots.

I know that, he's just a big lump! Barker was a far better player
