He's never struck me as a particularly unfit or unhealthy person I think it's in his family if you read the article it tells you his brother and father died of heart attacks at the ages of 39 or 40.

He says in article, reckons its hereditary , his father died of similar at age 40 , so probably not necessary , though like any bloke his/our age. probably good idea to moderate it.
