Joggers....They Go Round And Round And Round And....

Been sat down Seaton Seafront having a few bottles....I can't believe the amount of people who go Jogging now!!!! :shock:

There's hundreds of them!!!! :shock:

Including Mr.Frank Reid!!!! :shock:

jogging? ...reading the sports council journals on boring Sundays years ago, was mocked for doing your joints in.... Why not just get a big hamster exercise wheel and then sane strollers will be able to walk the streets and won't be pissed off by palid, sweaty 'joggers' on the verge of cardiac arrest spraying their sweat everywhere and clutching bottles of water...... :roll:

Joggers tend to jog because once your out you have to get back, tradmills are ok but the off button is very tempting - no pain no gain......

Heehee we was on our way back to the car.. we do 3 miles everyother day.... was it you who walked passed eldest daughter and I white tee shirts walking to the new pubs..

I was wearing the Yellow Pools top drinking bottles of Lager whilst watching all you joggers!!!!

Now thats a serious problem for me. Knackered knees and ankes, the old soldiers ruin.

With decent ankles I would play squash - I can't so I'm limited to cycling or swimming. I prefer the former.

I can't understand why none of you like to keep fit, I sometimes go out twice a day. I did a couple of miles the other morning, I went past Brierton cemetry and there were 3 blokes dashing about with spades looking worried, when I did another 2 miles at 8 on the night on the same route and the same blokes were there still looking for something. I got the feeling that they had lost the plot......
