Yes I was expecting/hoping everyone from Monday except myself, Monkeybutt, and Phil would be available, as that would give us 10. Plus Attackonian who has said he will cover for the goalkeeper that crippled himself on Monday. Which would make 11.

So the teams that pulled out, did you take a deposit from them?

I've been told that each of the teams that dropped out paid £150 each, so that's a nice £450 banked for the trust! Not to mention the money that is going to be raised on Saturday, going to turn into a great little fundraiser!

Great work as always by the Trust.

The money made is fantastic and just shows what can be done.

And the rumour about a huge tournament next year is the dogs bollocks.

Was a good day, thanks for organising it. Shame about the result but hopefully we can get s few more games together and perform better next time. Well that and not do a full night on the drink the night before will certainly help.

Should of been on the footy pitch instead, Snooker!!!!!

On the plus side 9-1 not bad for the first group stage game. Onwards and upwards!!!!!!

Enjoyed it , well organised, nice food after and presentations, all puts the Trust in a good light. Respect and thanks to all those who helped organise it . Special thanks to Grimsby lads for giving us a game. Thanks from me to all concerned, teammates and those behind the scenes who organised it.

As captain of the trust team by default, I agree with everything that has been said. Looking forward to Friday, I'm taking the trophy out with me.

Chuffed it was a good day and glad everyone enjoyed it, and hope for many to come.

But as its the Bunker......... 9 Bloody 1? We need someone to blame, we need a scapegoat!!! I blame........(insert name)....! They were crap, out of position, never moved for the ball, couldn't tackle, passed the ball backwards, etc, etc. IMHO this result wouldn't have happened if the Colonel had been in charge!

The problem as I see it from the kick about on Monday is, every fucker wants to score a goal and you end up with 1 defender against 3 attackers and you as the last line, throwing yourself from post to post while your forward line trudge back gasping for air :hand:
