Enjoy it. Went for a walk on Tuesday between Reeth and Richmond, it was bloody hot, , very remote , only 2 villages en-route, Marrick and Marske, with no amenities whatsoever , but a beautiful walk on a fine day, would thoroughly recommend it, ideal for family with young kids between 7 and 15 , as not too strenuous.

A great walk that - I walked it as part of the Coast to Coast a few years ago (Keld to Richmond via Reeth), would certainly recommend it. A few pubs in Richmond to enjoy at the end too.

Walking C2C myself , doing it in stages. Keld to Reeth is nice, I did both routes, inland ( which was hard going ) and riverside route. Buck Inn in Reeth is a nice pub, cracking pizzas.

It was a great achievement, I loved it. Done it over 12 days in 2013. Brilliant times.

It's an amazing walk down the bank in Robin Hoods Bay at the end.

Nice one. I'm going to try and do the Eastern bit this summer, and make a holiday of the Lake District section next summer. Walked the Cleveland Way in one swoop, Helmsley to Filey , the bit between Osmotherley and Kildale was hard going like , up and down , up and down various moors.

Well after a 25 mile bike ride and a 1 mile uphill walk we reached the summit of the NYMoors.

Its freezing and just starting to rain.
Time to go to the pub for a well earned couple of pints.
