Fantastic job. I imagine it's why us not being tied to the EFL generic website system now but it's much faster and cleaner and has far less ads.

From the OS "As part of the ongoing EFL Digital partnership, we’ve joined forces with Realise for our new Official Website "

No sign of Mark Fisher, Cascade pictures, JPNG, Coxall etc.

Two possibilities:

1. They are now out of the picture
2. PD does not want further alienate fans, so they are keeping a low profile.

No I spoke too soon. Found it at the bottom:

Company Details

The Club operates and carries out its activities through the following commercial entity:

Hartlepool United Football Club
The Northern Gas and Power Stadium, Clarence Road, Hartlepool, TS24 8BZ

Registered Company No. 98191
VAT No. GB 257 9496 01

Hartlepool United Limited is owned by JPNG Ltd – comprising of 12.5% Pam Duxbury, 12.5% Sage Investments Ltd, 25% Cascade Pictures, 50% Gary Coxall.

Low profile it is then ...

Them figures are just plain wrong. 0.9% of the club is owned by a large number of small shareholders.

Some of them are far from small.

That's not what you meant is it?

The small shareholders have its shares direct in HUFC. The other 99.1% are owned by JPNG split as reported earlier. Normally this would be irrelevant as the small shareholders can always be outvoted and have no say in club affairs (You need at least 25% to have any influence) BUT if Coxall and the other shareholders are deadlocked Coxall only has 49.55% voting rights and the small shareholders have the power to outvote him with the others.
One caveat if the decision needs a special resolution it needs 75% in favour which Coxall can block hence the behind the scenes actions to get Coxall resigning as a director/employee. If and when shares are bought by the Trust it depends whose selling them and at what price to determine how much Coxall gets. There also may be pre emption rights in a separate and sadly confidential shareholders agreement. So Coxall's negotiating position is strong but negative unless HUFC puts itself into Administration and the consequences of any demotions, points deductions etc.

Have bought and sold more companies than I have had hot dinners over the past 40 years so more than happy to give advice and help to the Trust if needed.
