Just give him the Thomas money and tell him never to come back to this town ever again.

It'll be worth every penny to get rid of him

Likewise there is nothing illegal with you going on an all expenses paid trip to Dubai if you can show it is on company business, and I guess going out there to meet potential sponsors can be classed as a legitimate business trip.

Its why you get so many dodgepots taking over football clubs. What other business can say to its customers we are going to supply utter dogshit, and have them falling over themselves to hand their cash over.

Its been a successful business model for Pools for at least 6 years. Spend minimal amounts on the team, large amounts on yourself, and 3500 people will still show up.

You have just sold it to me, where is my wallet!

Trouble is, every time a new messiah turns up to buy a club, the fans pants explode and they truly believe this is the one to lead them to the promised land.
Gullibility is a must for all supporters of the game ...... and the 'Messiahs' know it.

Yes, like Chip says, the owner can take as much money as they like out of a company as long as the profit covers it and he or she pays any tax due on it as personal income.
Eventually you'd get disqualified from being a director if enough of your companies go bang but that ban gets lifted after so long. Even then, you could still be a shareholder and just put the company in someone else's name as director.
I'd be very interested to see Coxall's personal tax returns to see what income had been declared......

This thread sums up why I will never join the bunker.

Too many allegations but where is your proof eh?

Give me it in writing.

Until then leave gaza alone.

This. Directors of fan-owned clubs need a tin hat and a strong constitution, because regardless of who is in charge there's always a pot of gold beckoning from the next rainbow for people to get excited about. Only need to look at Darlo and the Raj Singh offer to reinvest...

http://www.middlelegal.co.uk/ has been deleted. I'm not a betting man but I'm pretty certain Coxall and co will rename their new company and not be silly enough to put his name on it this time.

JPNG. The only person named on their website is Zena carter.

She left there in 2014.

Not sure if this counts as evidence.

Not sure if this has been posted before, but I do like the linkedin comment regarding it:

"This LinkedIn Company Page was automatically created by LinkedIn. This Company Page is not currently maintained by, endorsed by or affiliated with the company."

Still, probably isnt evidence though.

One guess where this companies registered address is. Has slick graphics and a plentiful dollop of bullshit like the JPNG site that is now offline.

It has one director - Samantha Ann Mullally. Gary's partner I believe - http://www.apsco.org/directory/sauce-it ... chPageId=5

How can 1 man have so many companies who do so little but say so much new age bullshit

"Our ethos is you. But not you. The real you. But not that. The you you want to be. But can't be. Yet you are. SO BE THAT PERSON! And we'll find you. And become you. But not you. The you of the future. Yet the past."

Now lets discuss this Coxall nonesense, and then compare it to what aunti pam is now saying.

Coxall made a load of promises, and bullshit, and "we" belived him.

Now Auntie Pam is saying, we need your money and I promise it will be used for normal club operations.

Oh well thats alright then. Coxy never lied to us, so heres a few hundred quid.

Is anyone really gonna fall for this?

So the trick is

Start a limited company in the vastly unregulated recruitment market

Set it up at an address in Dubai. Move it around a few times.

Set up a quirky little website advertising jobs that you pinch from other genuine or probably fake recruitment sites.

Load your website with tonnes of new age LinkedIn speak that means nowt but impresses a few similar industry morons

Buy a football club.

I reckon they are actually in 562a, High Road, but putting the little 'a' on the end looks very small time on their websites, so they just leave it off. Bet Mario is sick to death of having to post Gary's mail through his actual letter box every morning.

See here - https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/comp ... nt-control

Actually says 562a
