Excellent work.

"Any financial and operational information disclosed by the Club will be bound by a confidentiality agreement, which the HUST Board will also observe."

What information will be given out to trust members on the financial side of things?

Excellent stuff. Also good news that there will be video conferencing for the Trust meeting later this month. Well done all involved.

Can't be sure what can and can't be said but as it will be a NDA we can assume that there is a fair bit of confidentiality.

Will this report shed some light on how Mr Coxhall comes to the conclusion that a half share in a business that he paid the sum of zero for and is allegedly losing in excess of half a million pounds a year is valued at £600,000. Is that in line with the amount the other shareholders paid for their shares namely Mark Fisher, Pam Duxberry and sage investments. Is Sage investments shareholding separate from their loan to the club or was it security on the loan or was part of the loan converted to shareholding.

Im picturing Coxall pitching to the Dragons Den now.

Duncan Bannatyne: "So you want £600k for 50% of the company, that means your valueing it at £1.2million. This is a club that has just been relegated to the Conference and one you had saddled with over £1m of debt and completely trashed its credit rating, where does your justification for your valuation come from?"

I think it's far to early to make a judgement on the new regime. The financial report will tell us much and we should probably refer judgement until then.

I just hope that she is open with Nick Igoe because if she isn't then that tells us a lot.

As for the manager, Bates has done enough to at least warrant a shot at it.
