Seeing as though they are trying to get rid of all of the really crappy houses in the town centre and demolishing them to make way for new stuff, it got me to wondering when they would get round to levelling all of the yakker holes like Horden, Blackhall, Trimdon etc?

We could make some nice golf courses in place of where those dives currently sit, or even use them as landfill to get rid of all the muck which will come out of the ships which Able are going to dismantle.

why is that exactly?

because the town looks more appealing with houses knocked down
