I've never seen a manager so uninterested, so laboured, miserable, downbeat. His interview on pools world yesterday before this game spent half of it explaining why it's so important for a manager to stay cool, calm and collected and berated the fans for thinking they are experts.

Get out of our club now, it's far too little too late. But Ronnie Moore would walk back here for us fans for the final two games and work for nothing. We deserve people working who care.

Bates looks like a non swimmer who has forgot to take his rubber ring off after his swimming lesson. The overall fitness of the team is laughable along with the formation and game plan because I assume their must be one because it would not be possible to be that bad ever week by accident.

Jones makes Martin Scott look like Alex Ferguson and if he came here to prove he could still cut it and get back into big time management whoops. Your too good for this level and everybody should be grateful you came to league 2 to show us how a proper manager does it. Well I for one am not you are the worst I have ever had the misfortune to see.

The only words I want to hear from Jones is I am off but that is unlikely to happen because its Hartlepool United's fault we lose ever week because everyone associated with the club expects it. As a supporter I do not. The players are rubbish but have somehow been made to be worse than they are which is a some effort as the benchmark was not very high to start with and that is down to Jones and his coaching staff nobody else.

You might not care Mr Jones and your players may not care for whatever pathetic reason they have. Like they dont like you or a nasty man on the millhouse terrace shouted at them. However I do and so do thousand of others so go and take the entire first team squad with you because they may not want to play for you but if they cannot be bothered to play for the supporters who pay to watch them they like you Jones are not worth a toss.

The guy is clueless, his backroom staff are also clueless... went 2 0 down and he eventually got off his oversized arse and stood up. FAT chance of him leaving his dugout and standing in his technical area. The man has been out of the game to long, it has changed. Today he showed not one piece of tactical awareness or thought, Podge benched for Oates to play up top by himself, with a touch Gary glitter could be proud of. For weeks podge has cried for someone to be along side him, he then get benched for Walker... they guy wouldn't get a game for a Sunday afternoon pub team! And Thomas, Jesus, he couldn't be a man in a brothel with 10 hookers available.
