According to our website, its 50% Gary Coxall, 50% Peter Goldberg, still.

It doesn't even say owned by JPNG but by them 2 as individuals!??

So they updated the page to include Pam and Dave Jones but didn't remove Goldberg. It's very worrying to see him still involved with the club. Hopefully it's just an oversight by Simpson when updating the website.

Ultimately its correct as companies house stands today (subject to updates)

Hartlepool United is a wholly owned subsidiary of JPNG Limited.
The shareholders of JPNG are G Coxall (50%) and P Goldberg (50%)

It appears that Goldberg/Arber is non executive as he's not a director of either but that pretty irrelevant if he owns half the shares.

Maybe the big january announcement is that we are getting taken over by Auxesia Accountancy which looks like it's Goldberg/Arbers next venture. At least he is keeping up with the theme of letting an 8 year design the website.

It looks like its an umbrella company. Most agencies use these to avoid being within scope of the IP35 tax regulations.
