I have noticed a pattern emerging whenever we have a game after a bad run (or slightly worse than our constant bad run) our chairman is nowhere to be seen no doubt he's really busy visiting family or something today.

As a leader, you have to not only do the right thing, but be perceived to be doing the right thing. A consequence of seeking a leadership position is being put under intense public scrutiny, being held to high standards, and enhancing a reputation that is constantly under threat."

I keep reading the implication that people should either put up or shut up which is an absolutely staggering mindset it really is. Do they not realise Coxall hasn't 'put up' anything himself he has acquired a well paid role that he has shown no real competence for. So he is totally screwing over OUR club.

Must be in business meetings. Bussiest time of the year this for chairman. Must be securing some out of contract players for us. Meeting with the council about the ground. Sorting dave jones contract out. He is also sorting out getting contractors to build a 100 houses on a bit of ground nothing will be built on for next 1000 years. Big plans gary has in his own fantasy world.

I would love to have a conversation wih those fans to understand why they love him so. I could give a million reasons not to but have yet to hear a coherent argument for supporting him.

The problem is that he has no experiences of running a business as big as Pools, and no experience of running a football club. Rather than hold his hands up and admit he was out of his depth, he started bullshitting, lying, and having a pop at genuine fans. Most have seen through all that and see him for what he actually is, while a very small number still keep defending him. The way some of them go on you would think he was working for nothing while ploughing his life savings into the club.

I genuinely cannot see any way he will be in charge of the football club for much longer. Hopefully this Sage mob will talk him into leaving and start running the club professionally. If he is still here next season I would be seriously worried about where the club is heading.

"Pretty much everyone wanted him to make a success of it" this is a ridiculous generalisation with no foundation. Most sensible people I know thought he was an ex-bankrupt chancer with no money to speak of and he was on the make. Pretty much how things have panned out I would say.

Depends how they view it. They are money lenders and are protecting their investment. Are they really interested in football or just getting their money back? If they take over will they run the club as fans would want it to be run or would it be a case of bailing out as soon as they get the money back or even winding it up to recover whatever they can?

Totally agree. We wanted him to be/ hoped that he would be a success. Hey, we've been clearly let down - but we wanted him to be brilliant.

Henry 'this'. Go back to your swings in South Park, Darlington...............

It appears there are still people on this board who think Gary is here to help Pools rather than help himself. As Peter Seeger once said "When will they ever learn?" And little Snowdrop and Chip Knowsbuggerall are old enough to know better

You still don't get it. You've missed the point and it's passed you by. Oh dear.

But the trouble is you don't get the point we all seem to be making. It's as though when you read words they reform into other words. Sentences present even bigger difficulties and paragraphs cause you to self combust.
I swear if I asked you for the answer to 2+5, you'd answer Belgium and insist it was Belgium till we all agreed.
You sound like an Eskimo in the Congo giving advice to the locals on how to deal with a heatwave.

You'll find it's 'if your brain was made of dynamite'....I have a human head that contains only one brain and don't wear a cap.
Oh dear.
