Very quiet at the moment. Wasn't at the game again on Saturday, and has missed a few lately.
Pam was there and is becoming a regular and she is also present at the new fans forum meetings but Gary isn't.

Has something happened? A couple of months ago message boards were full of speculation and rumour - now nothing?

Has there been a coup?

Would he be missed?

Do things seem more stable at the minute?

Suppose all depends on what deal was struck when Sage paid off the Access Finance loan.

By all accounts Pam seems very clued up.

His Twitter account is de-activated.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit, and yes, Pam is VERY clued-up.

Spoke to a few people who have met Pam. Said she's very good.

I like that things have gone quiet. No WUPs, no twitter bollox, no false wait n see promises.

Obviously things need improving on the pitch. Another transition summer.

Has it been paid off? Last time I looked there were still 3 charge against HUFC? Hope you are correct because I'd rather have Sage Investments as a creditor than Access Finance.

Im guessing I wrongly presumed the Sage loan was to pay off the Access Finance loan :(

Think there is 4 charges now, another with Sage mid-March. Access loan still outstanding

Not good is it, shambolic doesn't begin to describe his tenure. A very worrying individual leading us into an even more worrying state of affairs.

His Twitter account doesn't seem to be de-activated - but he has posted nothing about Pools for a while.

He's been a lot less active since Jones' appointment, and Pams involvement. Didn't he say they disapproved of his activity on there? Probably something and nothing that

Just asked the question. I'm happy to let it lie and for the bickering to die down but he really doesn't seem to be involved as he was previously.

Never met Pam but she runs at least one successful company which is one more than Coxall. I'm not entirely ungrateful towards Coxall, who knows where Pools would be now if he hadn't came in when he did. The constant lies turned some fans against him and it quickly became evident he needed an experienced head to help him.

The Sage mortgage has been extended to specifically include the leasehold interest in the ground and any future freehold acquisition i.e. Mill house development plan. The Access mortgages are still in place presumably because we have borrowed from them but their security has been reduced by removing the leasehold interest.

On a related subject no sign yet of the annual (actually 18 months to June 2016) accounts which were due to be filed by 31 March. May be usual delay between filing and publication.

Does she? I'm sure this has all been gone through before, but she's not actually been directly involved with Sage Investments since the beginning of 2010 (not listed as an employee, director or shareholder) and her present interests are PW Consulting Ltd, Fullninety Sports Management (of Devante Rodney fame) and something called Extra Special Projects LLP.

And now HUFC - hardly a successful company!

Well fullninety got Rodney a contract, from what I've seen they've performed a miracle there!

Also I'm sure we've established that success for HUFC is finishing 3rd bottom.

Got talking to a lad in a pub in Sunderland today, who said he did business with HUFC and that we were owned by Northern Gas and Power. I replied " I will be fooked if I know marra, I just support them ". After doing a bit of research it seems NGP are little more than a mickey mouse firm who do their business via Facebook/LinkedIn, I suppose its the modern way of doing business.

Complete bollocks, I walk past their office daily and know they currently employ 150 people there. They're one of the fastest growing companies in the North East.

Oh, and they've just taken out a contract with a call centre in India too.

Not bad for a company that doesn't exist eh?

I noticed a few weeks ago they had a full page advert in the metro for staff as well, so they must be growing or planning to grow

Nowt wrong with doing your business online on social media. It's a great tool if used properly.

All this talk of tools and social media makes me think of Matty Bates for some reason.
