A quote from the website of the lawyers Lewis Silkin who have just filed a partial release from the original mortgage taken out by Access Finance. The leasehold of the Vic. (sorry can't remember its proper name) is now mortgage free ready for the big new announcement in January!

So in other words they have payed off the loan from Haycox?

I thought that money was to turn to help us follow in the footsteps of Reading and Arsenal?
