You do realise that if you send someone a pm, they can see it waiting in their inbox, don't you? And that until they read it, it shows up in your outbox? Either way, you both know when it's on its way.

Personally I think people should start doing "Oi, You! Monkeybutt iv just created a post stating you have a pm" posts just in case they miss the original post.

Bishop, I don't approve of that at all. When the proletariat have lots of disposable income, they start voting Tory. Not a good result. Besides that, you've just reminded me, speaking of bureaucracy, of the horrible days I spent working among billions of meaningless forms at the dole office.
