I am hearing their credit has been suspended with an adverse warning against them.

Not sure how up to date this is but it doesnt sound good. Anyone able to do a full check as I dont have the facility.

Not sure on an answer to your question, but looking on companies house they have overdue accounts (from 8th February) that have not been filed.

They also settled the outstanding charge relating to Access Finance on 23rd February.

Peter Goldberg was terminated as a director on 1st October too, apparently.

Didn't Coxall say he was still with JPNG but absent for health reasons or something?

EDIT: The charge settled actually relates to Aldermore Bank PLC from June 2016.

Coretec Limited (Formerly JPNG Global) have a creditors meeting arranged. 99.9% certain after that the company will go into Administration. The fact that there are creditors does suggest that there are debts rather than just a restructure.

This is not directly relevant to HUFC as we are owned by JPNG Limited not Coretec Limited.

Mind you, we still await the update of shareholding at companies House. This will tell us how much of the club is owned by Pam Duxbury or Sage Investments.

I heard that they spunked all the season ticket money on cocaine that they sniffed off Pamela Duxbery's arse but I'm not entirely convinced that what I heard was true. Also heard that Goldberg/Arber didn't leg it of his own accord and that he was chased after attempting lewd sex acts with H'Angus but again the supporting evidence was weak/entirely missing.
