Well done to the Trust for pushing for this. Obviously the Vic's disappearance might really have been caused by confusion over what counts as public and private but the cynic in me wonders whether the map accidentally included glimpse of what Coxall and his backers have been discussing with the council. Off the record of course.

It is slightly worrying but I'm glad the trust are sorting this out, well done to everyone involved.

Relabelling Pools as leisure was a give away.

Keep up the good work HUST.

Great stuff - now for that very important meeting with the club. Hope it's not pending the "big January announcement" (c) G. Coxall, 2016.

Well done to those who both spotted this and took the time to investigate further. Such efforts may only be small in the grander scheme of things but could have a monumental effect in years to come.

The more you dig on Coxall the more worrying his being in charge is. There's only one reason he's so secretive, time for the remaining believers to wake up and see this.

I agree with the first sentence whole heartedly but with regards to the second sentence this is the towns plan we should be careful of laying this at Coxalls door.

Fair enough, I assumed either he or his financial backers were involved in the planning in some way.

I still trust him as much as I would monkeybutt with my kids.

"The Towns Club" isn't looking such a trite emblem logo now!!

Lets hope it means something.

The fact the ground wasn't designated in the first place arouses my suspicions. Vigilance is needed because I can't see how it wasn't recognised as such originally.

There is a form you need to fill in (i forget what its called but will find out) to get things incorrectly marked on the local plan changed.

The Trust are doing sterling work on this but if we all filled the form in it could help concentrate their minds.

A small businessman from down South with dubious connections and history wants to buy a struggling lower-league club in the North East of England. Invites the leader of the council to games and suddenly the ground disappears off the map.

Very suspicious.

Don't talk silly Mr.Hunt....there's nothing suspicious about that at all and definitely nothing to be worried about!!!!

How dare anyone doubt Mr Coxall, he's a very nice man and he replies to fans on twitter. He's going to make Pools the new Arsenal, which I presume means we're going to finish 4th every season. What league that's in isn't important because he's going to build us all houses and a hotel for all those folk unfortunate enough not to live anywhere near the current Milhouse area that are desperate to sample that exclusive lifestyle.

He's explained the numerous winding up petitions and has assured us the numerous loans will benefit the club in the long term. It's just a coincidence that the council omitted the town's biggest sporting club and probably biggest attraction in their new plans.
With the millhouse masterplan and not forgetting we've got probably one of the youngest squads around, the future is indeed bright for Pools.

To avoid any confusion, that was very much tongue in cheek.

Arsenals have been known to go bang big time and all that's left is wreckage.
