On Companies House website

"Termination of appointment of Peter Goldberg as a director on 31 August 2016"

How come it has taken nearly 6 months for this to be announced, is this normal?

Same day that Russ Green's directorship was terminated

'Termination of appointment of Russell John Green as a director on 31 August 2016'

But that was filed on 5th September so why wasn't Goldberg's done at the same time?

What even are 'JPNG' seriously? I'd imagine a fair few well attended tuck shops have a bigger turnover. I suppose a director of a football league club with a healthy turnover is nice work if you can give yourself it.

They probably don't even exist anymore like most of the businesses Coxhall and Goldberg have ever been involved with.

JPNG Recruitment Limited has gone into Voluntary Liquidation on 20th January 2017 according to the London Gazette Insolvency Notices, but JPNG Limited is still trading with Coxall & Goldberg as directors

Careful

There is still a proportion of fans that will have us as doom mongering, trouble causing, detectives.

And Coxall is our saviour due to his fine business leadership and acumen...

Let our feelings be known at the next home game!

Coxall should be told to leave the town, our club is being ruined so much so that there might not be any pieces to pick up by the time this lot have finished.
And I am not convinced by Jones either! The club is in free fall...

Can't see Jones lasting till the end of the month, not got a contract has he ? Another game or two like yesterday and he'll just walk before his reputation as a chirpy scouser is irreparably damaged.

It takes seconds to submit an online resignation - I know, I've done it - so, why has it taken so long? That is the question and I'm not going to invite correspondence by surmising....

If you want one for whatever reason, FB is your friend. Even then he's made himself hard to find but not impossible.

Also noticed that JPNG Limited's first set of accounts were due to Companies House by 08/02/17 & as of yet have still not been submitted.

Just searched it on Companies House. There's also a 3rd director called Matthew Polston.

I'm looking forward to it. Can't wait to get the new Monkey Hangerz album Punjabi Pride. Hope they do a Punjabi version of 'Me brothers in borstal' or the classic 'Bertie Mee said to Bill Shankly'

Maybe still trading but they're collateral for the Access Finance loan.

Is it Punjab Records as in music records or is it genealogy records or maybe even land records? Or as I suspect, is it just another company that will be dissolved in a year or so?

It's always been a front in my eyes, a nice way for the likes of Coxhall to extract a decent age wage from a business with a ready made healthy turnover. No updates on social media, the phone doesn't ring then confirmation that they were liquidated in December. A total front to get grubby hands on our club.

I've said it before what it that point of the fit and proper persons test if people like this can pass it?

I don't think Coxhall is a bad person who wants this to turn out bad,

I don't think he has the competence to be chairman of our club either though.

I'm not convinced he can have been so incompetent as to have unforseen Goldberg's departure from the club with or without a bag of swag. The fella has jumped from more ships than the captain of the Costa Concordia for christ sake, and the fact JPNG limited still lists him as an active director suggests this big falling out they had months ago to me hasn't occurred.

If you buy his argument they wanted to originally sponsor the club before being offered to take it off IOR's hands after the deal with TMH fell through, then for me the story reads as two blokes who bought a football club, with no history of business in the north east, no interest nor connection to the region, and thought they could live comfortably while using the club to develop the surrounding area whilst attempting to run it on a self-sufficient basis, but frankly not being arsed if they manage that or not.

I don't think he wants to destroy a football club, nor rip us all off in the process, but the pair of them came seeing gold and they found a pot with a bit of piss in the bottom and Goldberg's legged it before he's in too deep.

I echo the sentiment towards Sage Investments though. It might get some of these "clerical errors" sorted. Temporarily. But I really don't see that as sustainable long term.

Trust me on this one, Goldberg is the bad guy in all of this. I called him a dodger bastard six months ago and got pelters for it from the club men. The same source who is not connected in any way to HUFC also told me that Coxall was not cut from the same cloth.

By the way, don't get too happy clappy about sage, their business is property development. I see them as more dangerous than Goldberg because they're competent.

Kind of contradicting yourself there Mr I. While they may not be cut from the same cloth, the end result could mean the same for Pools.
As you say Coxall brought in Sage, what reason do they have for wanting the club to stay alive? They have money invested but is that purely a loan against the clubs assets at no risk to themselves? Like I've mentioned previously, if the club goes bust what option do the council have but to sell the ground? While I support the Trust, getting together the funds to make a rival bid for the stadium is a huge ask.

Needless to say I've as much trust for Coxall as I do Goldberg. Not sure why recent events has changed anyone's opinions.

This.

I done a few searches for them online a few months ago. No Facebook. Twitter dormant. Office in Londons like a shoebox.

Absolute con.

Its time for you all to shut up and stop the pointless digging and get behind the chairman.

If this club goes bust it will be the fault of the detectives, and they will be held accountable.

They are enemies of the club.

I have just read the above on facebook, SO IT MUST BE SO.
