Anyone know of any kittens free to a good home????
Our lass been looking on Facebook and people are asking between £60/£100!!!!
I remember when kittens were for nowt!!!!

Same goes for Jack Russells....don't think we ever paid over a tenner....now they go for £300 upwards!!!!

Anyway....anyone knows of a kitten free or reasonable to a good home let me know.

Used to love the "There's one" sketch where they'd be anoraks spotting trains or buses, the camera would pan around and they'd be in an aviary or a bus depot. Not sure if it was on Enfield or the Fast Show.

Go to an animal rescue place Mutley, there'll be loads there.

RSPCA animal rescue places are good. You do have to pay, but then the RSPCA do all the initial vaccinations, neutering and health-checking that you'd have to pay for yourself if you bought a cat privately.
We were looking for a kitten just before Christmas but when we saw all the adult cats who'd been 'rescued' and had nowhere to live but an RSPCA cage we took one of them instead. The 'cages' are very large and the cats are well looked-after, but it's still a miserable existence.

They should try being a pools fan for the last 5 year

Mr Mutley if you go online and check Cat food companies etc and sign up to EMails/questionnaires etc they will periodically send you samples etc.

True story, I did a similar thing with Anusol, they sent me piles!

Yes, I've read that too, now you come to mention it. On the other hand I knew someone in Hartlepool years ago who had about nine cats. They didn't fight at all, just used to sit about on various levels on the kitchen shelves and tables.

Actually the girl who had the nine cats is now Evan Horwood's mother-in-law.....which just goes to show summat or other.

I watched' From Dusk till Dawn' last night.

We took in a stray years ago, it turned out to be female and very pregnant. She had four kittens, who never fought (apart from play fights), were hilariously entertaining and very affectionate to one another. The mother cat, on the other hand, hated her brood (once they had become adolescent) and couldn't stand to be near any of them.

We collected 2 kittens today!!!!

Our 2 lads are in the garden right now, having a scratch and a squirt round the fences.

What colour are they and what are their names?

Mutley is a pinkish colour and has one eye, not sure about the other.

In fact we have no proof that there is another one. Mr Mutley might be temporarily seeing double after his eye operation.
