Good player, I'd have him back in a heartbeat.

*sad nobody, ever, anywhere.

I'd have him on Heartbeat. Lots of skill but a temperament better suited to acting.

It will be tough for such a club man to move on as he's not really accustomed to changing club and introducing himself to new surroundings.

Again he narrowly misses out on a testimonial by just nine and a half years.

From memory we had totally froze him out of our squad and then brought him straight back into the starting line up for one of the home games that got us safe (Exeter?) He put a good shift in and got rightly appluaded off. He could easily have hid that game and gone missing like he usually did.

Still a cock like.

To be fair he probably has more ability than any winger barring thomas that we've had over the last few years.

On his day he's unplayable, his day was just once every 4 months.

He was too much of a billy big bollocks, I recall him showing off his bank account to people over the Marina on his phone.

This!
Only ever put half a shift in when it suited him, then spent the rest of his time on Twatter fighting with the people who paid his wages, or angling for a move away. #bagoshite.

If he gets any closer to home he'd be playing in the garden.

Probably wouldn't get a game, or get injured

It doesn't last long, plenty of ex top pros have gone skint, some league 2 journeyman isn't exactly going to to be rolling it in...

Strangely enough me and another Poolie were discussing the whiny little fanny last night, in the context of us ogling their lass at an away game. I wonder if he'll still be getting bewers in a year or two when he's at Airbus UK or wherever.

99 League starts in his career now onto his eleventh club.

The thing is he actually made 43 of those for us so when he looks back on his 'career' he'll remember as Pools as the halcyon days even though he was dropped, fell out with fans and managers every week and one boss even suggested he needed professional help.

What an utter minge bag. The king of all of the little gobshite fannies.

Don't forget the time, my personal favourite moment, when Scott Harrison called him out on Twitter from the team bus. We were at Pompey and Compton had been left at home and spent the Saturday afternoon during the game having a dig at his own team mates on Twitter.

I think some Pools fans highlighted this to a few players after the game and Harrison had a pop on the way home after the game. Think Compton deleted his account for a while after that. Think that led to Ronnie Moore stating he needed the help mentioned earlier.

Possibly the biggest knob I've seen play for us, well done PJ I didn't realise he had so few starts and so many clubs. His career is over before it's started and he has fourty years to find a proper job.

What always amazes me is how he either has nobody telling him how to behave or does but ignores all the sound advice in favour of conflict and a very irregular wage

I'd imagine this is because he's as thick as fuck and has a mental age of seven.

HTH.
