Lack of signings

Graham Westley at Newport has signed 9 players since taking over and said that he wants more. Now if he has no trouble bringing them in and are adrift at the bottom how come every season when we need to strengthen we find it impossible ??

They need this q and a sharpish to let us know what's going on and if it is as bad as some people are making out perhaps us the fans can do something about it !

Catherine Jenkins lives near there so the possibility of a sighting might be enough to swing it.

Anyone can make signings though - doesn't mean they are any good. A decent manager could get more out of some of the players we already have than Higgy could.

How many signings did higgy make since joining the club.
And how many have proved worthwhile under his management.

Yes I know it doesn't mean they are any good but we don't sign anyone apart from kids who get nowhere near the first team
