AAAAAARRRRGGGGGGHHHHH! The Disc Drive on my LapTop won't open. I'm desperate to play FM17! The button to open the drive seems to be stuck at an angle inside. Do I need to prise it open? I am heavy handed though! Is there another way or does it need to go to the shop to be repaired?

Get a paper clip or a sewing needle. Look closely at the disc drive and you'll see a tiny hole. Put your implement in there and it will release the drawer.

I had a similar problem a while ago, just got a pair of tweezers and probed a bit and it came out, blew in and a bit of fluff came out, never had problem since.

Thats doing my head in now. Steam lets me put in a new user name, then goes really slow when entering new password, then goes back to the legal bit!!! frustrating.
