profiled in the GrimsbyTelegraph:

"WHO IS THE REFEREE?
Lincolnshire official Darren Drysdale will take charge of tomorrow's game.

He hasn't featured too often in the Football League this season, having officiated just five games – including one in the EFL Trophy.

All of those games came in December, and saw Drysdale produce 16 yellow cards and one red."

And in case anyone isn't aware, Grimsby is a town in Lincolnshire

I'm pretty sure it was him who reffed us in the paint pot a couple of years ago against the truly odious Steve Evans Rotherham team that were flying high in League One. We were brilliant that night and played them off the park but somehow lost 2-1 we were that good even that graceless fat bastard said Rotherham were lucky.

Drysdale however was either staggeringly incompetent or borderline corrupt. He was that s hit I checked what his name in the paper was the next day the vain hope I would be able to find out where he lived so I could go round his house and set fire to a dog s hit on his doorstep then press the bell.

Darren if you're reading if you haven't improved in the last few years I will hire a private detective and hunt you down.

Definitely not improving if he's only been allowed back onto the League list since last month!
