Big loss but confident Bartlett can do a job.

Bartlett is alright but he's not a number one for the rest of the season. Teams in time will expose his lack of ability to command his area and his confidence will drain. It happened at the start of last season he'd started to look poor by the time Carson came back into the team.

It's a massive blow this he needs replacing asap, it's a shame Jake Kean has just moved to Mansfield.

Seems realistic number 2 for a Premier League team and on about 15 grand a week

He behind Guzan and Valdez aint he?

Agree I doubt it would happen like, think he made bench last week as Valdez had a knock and sure Boro sent another keeper out on loan recently.

He's been on the bench more than Guzan, he certainly was for the last game.

Edit; just read Valdez didn't play? It's by the by anyway like I said he's on about fifteen grand a week. I wonder if access finance can sort us out?

No he hasnt been on the bench more than Guzan.

He makes the bench when one of them is injured hence me saying he was on the bench due to Valdez' knock.

You seriously think Boro would be happy to pay a player earning that much to play for us!?

Yes they'll loan us kids on £300 a week for free because that is for the benefit of the players development. They aren't going to do that for a player who if he was made available for loan Championship and League One clubs who could stump up most of his wages would be interested in. Being the type of bloke he is I reckon Dimi might be up for it buts never going to happen in the real World however nice an idea it is.

At Accrington he didn`t leave his goal line and it caused problems for the defence, he needs to nut up quick.

Catterick's a bit camp for my liking. Built like a tank though.
