Didn't see it - but I don't watch his programme any more due to that very fact, that he insists on joining the bigger acts adding his inappropriate honky tonk piano playing. rage

Roger Daltrey is a God, if he said he had a sore throat, he had a sore throat. rolfl

We saw their farewell performance at the NEC about 20 years ago, and they were brilliant then!!

What a strange coincidence.......At 53 years old, I am sick of hearing The Who on Planet Rock.
Elephant by The White Stripes has to be one of the most 'diverse' albums, but absolutely brilliant. Ask my lads at work and they are sick of me playing....I can do it , I can do it, I can do it I can do it without you.....plus all the other songs on We Are The Angry Mob.....
Music has no boundaries or generations  clappp clappp clappp

Yes. They're angry that that second album took them 3 years to write and that they blew a £650,000 advance doing it!

and that it's pants rolfl

Was that their debut album?

Please Please Me, by the very over rated Beatles  cost £400 to make, admittedly 45 years, and is much better on the ear, in my simple befuddled simple music loving mind

i thoroughly dislike the who, the shite stripes and the shouty chorus chiefs so i didnt watch it.

on a related note, didnt one of the blokes in the who get caught downloading a load of kiddie porn ?

if so he has been assimilated back into society rather quickly. presumably cos he is not living on a council estate.

he was doing "research" allegedly.
