Let's hope for Trevor Carson's sake that Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill does not watch highlights of the Pools v Newport County game. If he does Carson will have a long wait on the bench to get a game for his national side.
Wtf was he doing on Saturday for those two goals. I thought Flinders has sneaked back in to the Vic when he went down like a bag of spuds for the first goal and he was pissing about near the penalty spot when Parkin chested it for the second. Although the fat fucker took more room and time to turn than an ocean-going cruise liner he was still unable to get back on his line to stop it. Two points thrown away against arguably the worst team to visit The Vic in the last ten years.

For the free kick, it's the walls job to cover that side of the goal and why they all jumped is beyond me. I agree it wasn't in the corner but there's not many position u can stand with a clear view of the ball when the free kick is 18 yards out.

Agree he should have done better for the second. Still no fucker expected that from that fat bastard and it did go in off the post.

Pep Guardiola might be keen on sweeper keepers but at our level a decent keeper keeper is perfectly OK.

I thought he was saying Carson made a couple of mistakes. Even very good keepers do that now and then.

Attention seeking post. If it wasn't this opinion could of easily been put in the Carson N Ireland call up thread.
