Taking over the old M&S shop in the town centre. I'm a member of the Stockton one and it's a decent gym for £10 a month, bonus is you get to use any of the Xercise4less gyms in the country with that membership.

I usually do Spinning and Metafit, decent classes.

I was in the local Gym the other day was horrified to see someone put a bottle of water in the pocket thing on the running machine where the pringles go !!
