The kids can't sleep, me and our lass can't sleep, everything down the allotment is dying, I have to peel myself off the leather couch, and my crotch is like a Stilton factory. I like a bit of warmth but today was a piss-take.

Thank God for that. Nice to see a bit of Bunker sense (barring you Mr Bastad and to a mariginally lesser extent Mr Gloves).

I get fookin booed all the time for hating the hot weather. Spring and Autumn? Yes. Winter? Yep not bad either, great for playing football in. Summer? Fook that shit. Too hot, can't do owt and sweat like a fat bloke.

Get a shower, get out and I'm wetter after drying. Pointless. Fookin sun can welcome to the board.

The women I work with are the worst. They still want the bloody heating on. Chuff me. Eat more lard and grow some hair. Or put your fookin cardies on.

Always hated warm weather myself. Give me wind and rain anyday.

Was down the Fish Sands earlier, it was like Marbella with more tatoos and bad language.

I love hot weather apart from the getting to kip bit but we've been outside all day, got the Barbie out for tea after the beach and the kids have loved it.

I wish the above twats moaning about ONE FUCKING DAY!!! of hot weather would ____ right off. We're lucky if we get about two days like this a year - you have all the rest of the year to wallow in damp drizzle, fucking fog, howling bastard gales and nine months of the sky being about two feet above the top of your bloody woolly hatted head. If, due to excessive body weight, you get a bit minging in certain areas it might encourage you to try and lose some timber you fat bastards. And I bet you all fuck off abroad every year for, you know, THE WEATHER!!!

I am in complete concurrence, seriously who dislikes beautiful weather!? Today has been about as glorious as it gets in this country. It's just a shame our 'heatwaves' increasingly only seem to last one or two days these days.

Also why don't all the people complaining about couches being sticky, and the house being too hot go outfucking side and actually enjoy a very rare day when you actually can spend all day in the fresh air? Or even better, find a beer garden!

As I am lucky enough to be retired I spent the day at Embleton in Northumberland paddling knee-deep in the North Sea, which looked and felt more like the Caribbean, listening to curlews and skylarks and kids laughing and dogs being stupidly happy like only dogs on beaches can be. My legs are all burnt but I couldn't give a flying, anybody who thinks what passes for "summer" in Britain is too hot wants bloody sectioning.

Gentlemen I believe it is my right as a citizen and a thoroughly enjoyable British pastime to complain about the weather. Indeed it is my birthright to complain when its too hot, cold, wet or windy! If the weather forecast is right, then tomorrow I will moan as its too thundery!

I am British so tomorrow I will enjoy another traditional pastime and join a queue, where I will join at the back and slowly move forward til I get to the front. It matters not what the queue is for I will enjoy the participation!

Back on track its still meant to be bloody warm again tomorrow, bah humbug!

I spent the evening with a US colleague. Proper outdoor furniture, a fridge full of beer and wine, and a bloke who knows how to BBQ (salmon done to perfection). How many evenings do we have in a year where it's lovely to be outside? No complaints from me.

That's pretty much nailed on where I am.

You see? YOU SEE??? Booed all the time.

Anyone who likes the hot weather is a massive girl.

And for the record Mr Nova, I am not fat. Bastard yes, fat no. But I have a bit of a fat man sweat problem though. The ladies love it. As soon as the temperature reaches double figures I need several changes of clothes to hand. It's uncomfortable and annoying as fook.

Also for the record Mr Nova, I fookin hate the hot weather abroad too and avoid said weather like the plague. I'm the one sat in the shade with that lovely pale blue complexion. It's chuffin' bad for you too FACT.

Despite not being ginger, I think I must have a ginger gene.

I want to like it, really, it just fookin hates me.

Tonight was perfect for me. Kids got to sleep with no chew, sat outside the pub with a relatively dry sac, able to get on and off the couch with ease, no need to drink a litre of water every half hour. More of this please, but you can keep the 30+ nonsense. This is the UK, not Greece.

But you have what you wish for 95% of the time. So shut up moaning you pasty-faced twat and let the rest of us non-miserablists enjoy a few days when you can sit in the garden at night without a cardie, cagoule, wind-jammer, Arran pullover, sou'wester, three pairs of socks, fucking chest waders and half of the Damart catalogue.

Hmm. That's a reasonable argument.

Fuck off with your reasonableness.

Spoils pointless conversation.

(Almost forgot, you're still a massive girl for loving the hot weather. Only girls love that shit. Oh and those beefcake types who spend longer in the bathroom than their lass).
