I-Phone 5 Help!!!!

Phone won't allow 'slide to unlock'!!!! confised

Just happened....no water damage, not been dropped etc!!!! confised

Any help please????

PS....we have turned it off and back on etc!!!!

They used to put salt on the playground at school to stop us sliding in winter. Have you checked for salt?

Hold the power and home button on it, ignore the slide to turn off bit and keep going till the apple logo appears. If it still doesn't work after that it's possible the touchscreen has gone on it.

Not good, local mobile phone shops will replace it but will be a fair few quid.

i have just had an email from 'Microsoft' to say I have won an IPhone 6S in a Raffle, I don't remember entering it. I need to to send a SMS and a code then forward all my details, name, address and relephone number etc !!

I get them as well most recently a few from South Africa about a fella who has died and I am his beneficiary and they need my assistance to release the money, ironically the name is same as someone I used to work with.
